SEO-wise, it’s a good idea to change your permalinks for each blog post. Search engines and web-surfers alike are more attracted to blog posts in their Google search that tell them what the post is about–and just through the link name! Personally, I’m much more likely to click on www.BeBlogSmart.com/adding-images-to-your-blog/ than a link with a long line of jumbled numbers and characters.
And it’s a simple fix–yay for simplicity! From your dashboard, go to Settings–>Permalinks. All you need to choose is the option “Custom Structure” and insert /%postname%/ into the available box, then save.
